Guy Stapleford

Endurance Runner and Cyclist, Fundraiser and Blogger

My name is Guy, Miles for Wishes is my journey to challenge, inspire and change. To push myself far outside of my comfort zone and to hopefully inspire others to do the same so that together, we can make a positive change in the world.

Since taking up running and cycling in 2017 I’ve raised approximately £6,000 for Make-A-Wish UK by taking on some incredible challenges – I’ve climbed the National Three Peaks solo, cycled from John O’Groats to Land’s End solo in 9 days, cycled the National Three Peaks in 3 days solo and I’ve run 7 ultra-marathons (from Liverpool to Reading) in 7 consecutive days.

I’m not an athlete or an adventurer, I’m just an ordinary man who believes that by challenging ourselves we can change the world – I got tired of talking about doing it and used a crossroads in my life to start being the change I wanted to see in the world.

Explore my blog to find out more about what motivates me, find out about my long term goals or see the challenges I’ve taken on in more detail.

Get in touch if with any questions or if you’d like to work together in the future.
